Ingenium teachers develop Profound Learning Experiences ("PLEs"). PLEs are enticing, intriguing, fun, challenging, and meaningful learning experiences that drive students to deeper meaning and understanding. Teachers will both implement existing PLEs and develop their own PLEs that scaffold and guide learnersfrom basic information, to higher levels of thinking. PLEsaretied directly to Common Core and NGSS standards. All PLEs and other teachings provide students with appropriate learning activities and experiences designed to fulfill students potential for intellectual, emotional, physical, and social growth.Ingenium teachers create PLEs that are differentiated based on written curriculum and assessments that are tailored to meet the needs of their own students.
