Job Description
Timeless Veterinary Systems is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Veterinary Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animal health and a proven track record of success in sales. This role will be responsible for generating and closing sales of our innovative telemedicine and storage technology products and services to veterinary clinics and hospitals throughout North America.
About you:
You have 5 or more years of proven experience successfully managing your own sales territory. Alternatively, you have 5 or more years of experience working in a veterinary clinic or hospital as a Vet Tech and are looking to make a career change into a sales role. Knowledge of Veterinary Imaging is considered an asset.
Your territory management sales experience has been selling B2B in the veterinary/animal health industry, Human Healthcare, and dental space—preferred digital imaging sales experience. Alternatively, you are a Vet Tech with extensive knowledge of the veterinary clinical landscape looking for a challenging new opportunity.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue goals.
Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling, networking, and other prospecting activities.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to veterinary clinics and hospitals.
Negotiate and close sales contracts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with veterinary professionals.
Provide ongoing support and training to customers.
Attend industry events and conferences to promote Timeless Veterinary Systems.
Track and report on sales activities and results.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the veterinary or healthcare industry.
Proven track record of success in achieving sales goals.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Ability to travel as required to industry events. (Approx 6 events per year)
