Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Scheduling : Assists in creating and tracking timelines, scheduling tasks, and coordinating subcontractors.
• Budget & Cost Control : Monitors expenses and ensures the project stays within budget.
• Coordination & Communication : Acts as a liaison between the project team, contractors, and clients.
• Quality Control & Site Supervision : Monitors work quality, ensures safety, and conducts site inspections.
• Document Management & Reporting : Maintains project documentation and prepares progress reports for stakeholders.
