Assistant Project Manager – Concrete Contractor

Location: Lake Worth Beach, FL

Salary: Up to $110,000 + Benefits

A leading concrete contractor in South Florida is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join their growing team. What You’ll Do:

• Support Project Managers in planning, coordinating, and executing concrete construction projects.
• Assist in budgeting, scheduling, and procurement to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and site teams to maintain smooth project operations.
• Track project progress, address challenges, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Contribute to pre-construction planning, contract administration, and change order management.

What You’ll Bring:

• 2+ years of construction experience , preferably in concrete, structural, or general contracting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred but not required).
• Strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
• Experience with project scheduling, budgeting, and construction documentation .
• Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar project management software is a plus.
