- 3-5 years
- Bilingual Spanish/English
- Availability for working on weekends, holidays, evenings as needed.
- Certifications: ITIL 4, Scrum Master or Scrum Product Owner
- Technical experience required: ability to run intermediate to complex queries, knowledge of DevOps, Continuous Delivery Applications (such as Jenkins Pipeline), Jira, Confluence.
- Payments experience: Awareness of end to end payments workflow, including accounting, GL, debits, credits.
- Ability to work successfully in a highly regulated industry.
- Attend project meetings to gather all the information about forecasted changes.
- Provide training to your team members how to create and properly document changes.
- Guidance on the Change Management process to avoid back and forth in change submissions.

- Coordinate escalations with the technical execution team to expedite time response.
- Review with other CIOs the schedule for changes to PRO to avoid collisions and prioritize just in case (for this I'll require allocated resources for the rest of CIOs).
- Leading the change management activities within a structured process framework.
- Evaluating the change impact and organizational readiness to limit potential risk.
- Managing the change portfolio, which allows the organization to prepare for and successfully adopt the change.
- Authorize minor change requests and coordinate with the Change Advisory Board for changes presenting higher risk.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the decisions and performance related to the change request.

Description of Work/Position: - The Change Management role will be dedicated to supporting implementations specific to payments programs- including projects that will transform payments off of existing applications to a new payment hub.
- As part of the Change Management area, this role is focused on software changes, release management, changes to middleware application and mainframe interfaces as they relate to payments.
- Release / change management role will focus on the fine details of assembling different interrelated components and streamline the release and change management process. To satisfy a complex or solution-based release. Release managers coordinate with different stakeholders for requirements, testing, and release calendar of necessary components. They ensure a synchronous running of day-to-day processes and coordinate and execute the change management documentation and process for the payment's IT team. The resource will have a background in conducting structured change efforts for software changes. Managing the development of deliverables and changes into test and production environments.
