Saintuary Bar & Cafe is a upscale cocktail lounge located in the heart of the Downtown Exchange and is aiming to be known for our artisanal cocktails and welcoming atmosphere. Our mission is to create memorable experiences for our guests through exceptional service and high-quality beverages. We are seeking an experience Bar Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to our passion for excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Train, supervise, and motivate bar staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Develop and implement bar policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service.
• Create and manage bar schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels during peak times.
• Maintain inventory control, including ordering, stocking, and conducting regular audits.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including sanitation standards.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and promote new beverage offerings and promotions.
• Manage the financial performance of the bar, including budgeting and cost control.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a bar manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
• Extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes, techniques, and bar equipment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
