Ultimate Staffing is engaged in a direct hire search for a Director of Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery. This position will develop and maintain policies and procedures to comply with regulatory requirements. You will also be responsible for assessing risks and managing a team of Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery professionals. To be successful in this position, you will need an in-depth understanding of BC/DR, strong leadership experience and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities: Strategize with C-Suite and Sr. Executives to develop and refine policies and processes Develop and communicate a clear vision for the BC/DR program Track performance metrics to confirm effectiveness of the BC/DR program Evaluate the company's current resiliency and readiness, identify risks and develop remediation strategies Responsible for mitigating risks and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements Perform Business Impact Analysis on all locations Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, information technology or related field 8+ years of experience (mostly in leadership roles) within business continuity or disaster recovery in the financial services industry Deep understanding and knowledge of BC/DR practices and FFIEC guidance Excellent communication skills with experience interacting with Sr. management Analytical and strategic/critical thinking skills CBCP or MBCP professional certification required Relocation is not available for this position.
