Organization: S3-Sutter Shared Services-Valley Position Overview: *This is a hybrid position required to work at the office in Sacramento two days per week. Creates complex database reports based on the specifications and/or requirements of end-users. Provides analytical and technical support for complex requests, projects, or initiatives. Is also responsible for participating in risk assessment and work plan development processes. Lastly, performs data validation to ensure reports are pulling all correct data accurately while achieving client needs as well as determining if programming is created and creates specifications for developers.

• Workday analytics and reporting experience preferred.
• Workday Prism and Extend experience is highly desired.

EDUCATION:

[Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma] Bachelor's: Applied Statistics, Computer Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related field

TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:

5 years recent relevant experience.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

Proficient at understanding, communicating, and specifying user requirements. Working knowledge of industry standards in order to properly support business requirements. Technical skills in report writing and reporting tools. Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with clients, IS team members, management, and executive personnel/staff. Verbal and writing skills to effectively communicate with diverse groups such as: executives, managers, and subject matter experts. Set priorities which accurately reflect the relative importance of job responsibilities and prioritize assignments to complete work in a timely manner. Analyze information, problems, situations, practices, or procedures in order to identify relevant concerns and factors. Perform a variety of duties and often change from one task to another of a different nature with frequent interruptions and/or distractions. Skilled in developing documentation at a technical and user level.
