Job Title: Cell Phone Refurbisher

Location: Fort Worth, TX - Off FAA Blvd, South of DFW Airport
Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Job Type: Project-Based (Month-to-Month, Based on Performance)

Job Description:
We are looking for detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Cell Phone Refurbishers . In this role, you will inspect and test used cell phones to ensure they meet quality standards for resale. This is a hands-on position requiring technical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to follow established procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Test and evaluate cell phones for functionality, cosmetic condition, and resale eligibility
• Perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs if needed
• Reset and clear devices while ensuring all data is wiped
• Follow detailed inspection guidelines and document findings
• Maintain an organized and efficient workstation
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards

Requirements:

• Prior experience in electronics testing, refurbishment, or a similar field preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and handle small electronic components
• Must successfully complete all onboarding requirements, including a background check and drug screen
