What You Need to Qualify:
✔️ Must be a US Citizen and be able and willing to work on-site 100% of the time in Vancouver, WA.
✔️ Bachelor’s or Master’s in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or a related field.
✔️ 7+ years of experience in ship design, systems engineering, and naval construction .
✔️ Strong knowledge of DoD regulations, ABS Rules, Lean/Six Sigma principles, and value engineering (VECP).
✔️ Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex design projects.
✔️ Must live in or relocate to the Vancouver, WA area —this is an on-site leadership role requiring full-time presence at the shipyard. Relocation assistance is available.
