Commercial Construction Company seeks qualified individual to manage and perform the following:

• Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures; posting payroll daily; print payroll checks weekly and track benefits. Controlling accounts payable and receivable; designing filing systems, assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
• Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
• Prepare journal entries with independent decisions on correct accounts, reconcile bank statements, cash accounts, and prepare quarterly reports

• Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.

• Provides historical reference by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.

• Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures; measuring results against standards; making necessary adjustments.

• Guides financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures.

• Prepares budgets by establishing schedules; collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial data; recommending plans.
• Maintains financial staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Accounting/Business is preferred. Experience in construction/roofing a plus. Strong skills with Excel, Word, Outlook, PDF. Excellent salary with full health benefits, 401k and vacation. Salary dependent on experience.
