LVI currently have an exciting opportunity with an established engineering and construction company based in West Palm Beach. This client specializes in high-end exterior restoration projects on existing buildings, ensuring structural integrity and aesthetic appeal. They complete work down the Southeast coast, working primarily with high-rise structures, offering services such as structural inspections, concrete restoration, stucco replacements, façade installations, waterproofing, and more. They have an upstanding reputation for the quality of their work, with one of the highest retention rates in the market.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Project Manager to lead their exterior restoration projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background and a passion for managing complex construction projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage exterior restoration projects on existing buildings.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, estimates, budgets, and quality control measures.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Structural, or related field).
• Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred.
• Proven experience in managing construction projects, ideally exterior restoration but not a necessity.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
