BIP US is seeking to grow its US consulting team and is looking for a Managing Consultant with at least 4 but not more than 10 years of professional management consulting experience to join our North East consulting team.
This is a remote role but you may be required from time to time on site at a client.
You
must have valid US work authorization and
must physically reside in the New York metropolitan area, within a 50 mile commute of New York City including the following states: NY, NJ or CT. We are unable to support relocation costs. What you will be doing: - working for clients across different industries such as Global Pharma, Biotech and Financial Services
- collaborating with Bip US and other team members on mixed projects of variable size
- applying your skills in Project/Program Management, PMO and Agile
- engaging in internal initiatives, communities, Centers of Excellence, knowledge showcases and company meetings
- engaging with Bip US colleagues through networking, coaching and mentoring
- seeking business development opportunities with existing and new clients
Requirements - Minimum 4-10 years in an external client facing role as Management Consultant
- Preferably experience in Global Pharma or Biotech
- Polished skills in Program and Project Management, PMO and Agile
- Strong investigative, analytical and interpersonal communication skills, able to work independently
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written and listening)
- Experience presenting and facilitating workshops
- A team-oriented, inclusive mindset and ability to work with a wide range of individuals
- Strong stakeholder management
- A flexible approach to work with a focus on delivery to deadlines and high standards
- An eye for opportunity, new revenue streams and ways of working, as well as turning new ideas into reality.
