ThriftWorks! is hiring a Full-Time Direct Support Professional (DSP). In this position the DSP is responsible for developing skills of clients so they can live and work in the community at their greatest potential. This includes, but not limited to, working alongside them at the cash register, accepting donations, handling customer relations, or stocking and pricing inventory.
This position is a variable schedule, 40 hour per week position with shifts scheduled between 8:00am 7:00pm Monday - Friday, and Saturdays as scheduled between 8:00am 4:30pm. Hours worked on Saturdays are eligible for shift differential of $2.25 per hour. Full-Time DSPs are also eligible for WACOSAs full range of benefits.
