Position: Event Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Event Assistant to support the planning and execution of various events. This role involves coordinating logistics, liaising with vendors, assisting with on-site event management, and ensuring a seamless experience for attendees. • Assist in the planning and organization of corporate, social, and promotional events.
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and services.
• Manage event materials, schedules, and guest lists.
• Support event setup, registration, and on-site coordination.
• Handle administrative tasks such as budget tracking, invoicing, and documentation.
• Assist in marketing efforts, including social media promotions and email campaigns.
• Provide customer service to event attendees, addressing inquiries and concerns.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software.
