Job Description

Our client, a leading entertainment marketing agency in the gaming industry, excels in global content creation, including trailers, promotions, and gameplay capture. By blending innovative storytelling with substantial production capabilities, we effectively develop, market, and distribute gaming content for a wide range of top-tier gaming developers and major brands. They are on the lookout for a Game Capture Lead to spearhead our efforts in creating engaging narratives for trailers and promotional content. The ideal candidate will possess a strong creative vision and extensive experience in managing a team dedicated to producing high-quality video content such as trailers, gameplay highlights, and promotional materials. You will be responsible for overseeing the team's workflow, ensuring that all content is delivered on schedule and meets both marketing and creative objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Team Leadership: Guide and mentor a group of capture artists and editors, setting clear expectations and encouraging innovative thinking. Project Management: Organize, plan, and supervise video capture and editing initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality. Creative Oversight: Provide insightful direction and feedback on video capture, editing, and quality standards. Collaborative Efforts: Collaborate with game developers, marketing teams, and creative professionals to ensure content aligns with strategic goals. Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and continuously improve team processes and tools for better efficiency.

DESIRED SKILLS:

A genuine enthusiasm for video games and a thorough understanding of gaming culture and industry trends. Demonstrated experience in leading video capture or editing teams.
