We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven **Sales Representative** to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in selling services related to Human Resources, personnel outsourcing, or staffing, and will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating sales, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential clients across various industries.
- Present and promote the company’s services (personnel outsourcing, recruitment, HR consulting, etc.) to both existing and new clients.
- Develop and maintain long-term business relationships with key clients.
- Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate agreements.
- Meet and exceed established sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends and client needs in the HR and Staffing sectors.
- Work closely with the recruitment and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales of Human Resources, Outsourcing, or Staffing services.
- Deep knowledge of the HR market and industry trends.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
