As an HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) Lead Installer, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of HVAC systems in residential, commercial, or industrial settings. This role is critical to ensure that HVAC systems are installed correctly, efficiently, and safely. Here are some key responsibilities and qualifications associated with this position:

Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning: Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand project requirements, including system specifications, layout, and design.
  2. Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of HVAC installers and technicians. Delegate tasks and ensure that installations are carried out according to plans and safety standards.
  3. Installation: Perform HVAC system installations, including ductwork, piping, wiring, and equipment setup. Ensure systems are properly sized and configured to meet design specifications.
  4. Quality Control: Conduct inspections to verify the quality of work, adherence to regulations, and system functionality. Make adjustments or corrections as necessary.
