We are expanding our in-house trades team and looking for skilled professionals across multiple disciplines. If you are reliable, detail-oriented, and passionate about your trade, we’d love to hear from you.

Trades We’re Hiring For

We are seeking experienced tradespeople in the following areas:

• Flooring Installers (hardwood, laminate, vinyl, carpet)

• Tile Setters (bathrooms, kitchens, backsplashes, flooring)

• Plumbers (residential and light commercial, service and install)

• Electricians (residential and multi-family renovation)

• Carpenters (framing, finish, cabinetry, general carpentry)

• Painters (interior and exterior, prep and finishing)

• Drywall Installers & Finishers

• General Laborers (supporting skilled trades, cleanup, demo, prep)

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled trade work on renovation and construction projects.

• Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and work orders.

• Work collaboratively with other trades to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

• Maintain a clean and safe job site.

• Communicate clearly with supervisors and project managers regarding progress and challenges.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in at least one skilled trade (multiple trades a plus).

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

• Knowledge of safety standards and ability to follow company safety protocols.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

• Current trade license or certification (plumbing, electrical, etc.) where applicable.
