Job Description

We are seeking a driven intern to join our Real Estate Finance Team. You will gain hands-on investment experience across a broad spectrum of commercial real estate credit opportunities in the United States. This role requires someone who can work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

What you will do

You will work alongside experienced investment professionals, learning key aspects of commercial real estate finance:

• Property and credit underwriting analysis
• Investment structuring
• Investment approval
• Portfolio monitoring and reporting
• Transaction closing and due diligence

What you bring

• Third-year student working towards a bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
• A clearly defined interest in commercial real estate
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
