\n Shifts: Monday-Friday, 10a-7pm shift (Flexibility with schedule is required)

\n What’s a typical day as an Inventory and Logistics Technology Associate? You’ll be:
\n• Managing inventory, including replenishments, local stock, new product introductions, and expired product, while reporting to the Logistics Manager.
\n• Collaborating with the local sales team on customer purchase order collection and solutions.
\n• Performing the check-in and put-away processes for orthopedic products, including scanning inventory and completing inventory transfers.
\n• Collaborate with local sales team on customer PO collection and customer solutions
\n• Contact with freight forwarder, receiving parties and internal clients
\n• Partner with customer accounts receivable to mitigate pricing issues and process invoicing.
\n• Label warehouse stock for quick and easy identification and retrieval
\n• Train and follow standard operation and quality procedures and work instructions
\n• Responsible for GDP (Good documentation practices)
\n• Performing cycle count and inventory reconciliation activities
\n• Assists in regulatory inspection and perform safety and quality audits
\n• Adherence to training requirements, and health and safety regulations
\n• Wear protection clothing and equipment as required
\n• Implement schedule/ policies. And group guidelines
\n• Lead projects as required
\n• Flexible to other tasks as priorities shift
\n
\n This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
\n• Have a minimum of a high school diploma (Bachelor's degree is a plus) and 2-4 years of relevant work experience in distribution, manufacturing, logistics, or customer service.
\n• Demonstrate strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite, with knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems preferred.
\n• Are flexible and able to accommodate changes in schedule, including working in different shifts as needed.
