Our team promotes and produces full tours and one-off dates, offering a 360-degree tour experience with zero egos. Our specialty is building, developing, and branding artists through white-label touring while working behind the scenes to let the artist shine.

Role Overview: 

The Junior Tour Marketing Manager will be key in national tour marketing efforts for comedy tours and shows. This position will assist in coordinating marketing campaigns, managing digital strategies, and ensuring seamless communication between internal teams, artist representatives, and external partners. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about live events, comedy, and entertainment marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Support national and local tour marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with artist teams, promoters, internal stakeholders, and venues.
  • Assist in managing advertising budgets, tracking marketing spending, and providing performance reports.
  • Work with internal and external marketing teams to develop and distribute marketing assets, including digital content, e-blasts, and promotional materials.
  • Maintain tour updates, monitor ticket sales, and execute strategies to optimize performance.
  • Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, paid media, and grassroots promotions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with promotional partners, overseeing the fulfillment of marketing deliverables.
  • Coordinate pre-show and day-of-show press efforts with publicists and artist teams.
  • Provide administrative support, including tracking approvals, organizing files, and ensuring marketing initiatives stay on schedule.
  • Conduct market research and contribute to campaign planning and execution.
  • Assist with event marketing, industry networking, and promotional activities.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, live entertainment, or related industries.
  • Experience with digital marketing, CRM systems, and email marketing (Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience is a plus).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation strategies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator experience a plus).
  • Strong analytical skills to assess marketing data and trends.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for comedy, live entertainment, and event marketing.
