JOB DESCRIPTION

DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Provide end-to-end enterprise software solutions for securities custody business. Lead, design & promote robust, highly scalable, distributed, cloud software solutions. Deliver architectural blueprints, system design, solution and technology stack to leverage across business units & functions. Manage, mentor & train team to onboard new business products and clients. Team building, managing & recruiting to promote diversity & equity. Perform project planning, prioritization, estimation & resource management to meet committed timelines. Collaborate with product owners & counterparts across regions to promote scalable business framework. Leverage knowledge of Securities Services Domain to create & communicate Logical & Unified Data Models across the organization. Promote adoption of agile methodology to prototype creative solutions. Foster CICD (Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery) by automating software build, test, and deployment. Ensure production stability and resiliency with application profiling & tuning. Telecommuting permitted up to 40% of the week.


QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Applied Computer Science, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or related field of study plus 5 years (60 months) of experience in the job offered or as a Lead Software Engineer, Associate, Software Engineer, Principal Developer, or related occupation

Skills Required: Requires experience with the following: Microservices; Java; Javascript; J2EE; JSON; Spring; JPA; Hibernate; Kotlin; SAX Parser; DOM Parser; Linux: Shell Scripting; SQL; Oracle; REST; Maven; Jenkins; GIT; Splunk; Junit; Automated Testing; Agile SDLC; JIRA Scrum Management.

Job Location: 8181 Communications Pkwy, Plano, TX 75024. Telecommuting permitted up to 40% of the week.
