Job Description
We are seeking a Part-Time Legal Assistant to join our team located in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. In this role, you will be managing legal documents, handling client intake, and performing various administrative duties within a legal setting.
Responsibilities:
• Handling the client intake process, ensuring comprehensive information collection and recording
• Utilizing Microsoft Word for the creation, editing, and management of legal documents
• Organizing and maintaining legal files and documents, ensuring they are updated and readily accessible
• Performing receptionist duties, including managing incoming calls and directing them to appropriate parties
• Managing the calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and deadlines
• Resolving client inquiries in a thoroughly and timely manner
• Demonstrating proficiency in Calendar Management
• Showcasing strong skills in Microsoft Word
• Displaying experience in Client Intake
• Effectively performing Receptionist Duties.
