Mandarin-Speaking Assistant ECE Teacher We are looking for one caring, flexible, and team-oriented Full-Time Assistant Teacher to support our two Mandarin Immersion Montessori classrooms. We have two beautiful, established Montessori classrooms: one for toddlers (age 0-18 months) and one growing preschool/KG classroom (age 3 through 6). Pay range is $16-19/hr with potential sign-on bonus
Your role:You will work with Toddlers and 3-6 year old students and learn from our experienced and collaborative Mandarin immersion Lead Guides. As an Assistant Guide, you will support children to become more independent as they work with beautiful and inspiring Montessori activities that support the development of the whole child. In the toddler classroom, you'll support children to master independent toileting, and in both classrooms you'll support the children to develop their Mandarin language skills. Our preschool and kindergarten aged children will learn and practice advanced math for their age. This is a great opportunity to start your career in Montessori, as many of our Assistant Guides ultimately grow to take on Lead Guide roles over time, thanks to our free MACTE-accredited Montessori training program and our mentorship process.
This position is a full-time role with great benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401K, a competitive rate of pay, and a generous 75% tuition discount for up to two children at our school in either the Mandarin immersion or English program.
