Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Assistant to join our dynamic team in the vibrant city of New Orleans. If you thrive in a fastpaced environment and are passionate about providing exceptional administrative support we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daytoday administrative tasks including answering phones responding to emails and scheduling meetings.
  • Maintain and organize office supplies and inventory.
  • Assist in preparing reports presentations and correspondence.
  • Coordinate and support team projects and events.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients and visitors ensuring a welcoming office environment.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Handle other duties as assigned to ensure smooth office operations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor with a customerservice mindset.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
