Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will ensure that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently, collaborating closely with inventory and shipping teams to maintain a smooth order fulfillment process. Your work will directly contribute to customer satisfaction and compliance with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
Collaborate with inventory and shipping teams to ensure product availability and proper packaging.
Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and inventory levels.
Conduct quality checks to ensure all orders meet company standards.
Coordinate with the sales team to address any order discrepancies or special requests.
Adhere to all company policies and industry regulations regarding cannabis products.
Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
Previous experience in order fulfillment, warehouse operations, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in using inventory management software and basic computer skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
