The Role: Our Field Marketing team is seeking a logistics-oriented and proactive Field Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team. This new team member will focus on large event support, offering assistance with logistics and bulk sampling efforts. You will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring product deliveries, ensuring effective use of premises and assets, and ensuring premium event setup, execution and tear down. This role requires strong organizational skills, the willingness and capability to operate a forklift and drive a box truck, and the ability to work a flexible schedule. Key Responsibilities: Assist Field Marketing team with their field marketing sampling duties. Large event support, serving as the point person for heavy-lifting, event labor, and behind-the-scenes support for event logistics. Assist Field Marketing team with loading in heavy assets on warehouse delivery days. Cleaning organizing field assets/tankers/vehicles Ensure premises and assets are utilized effectively. Assist with event setup and breakdown to ensure a premium experience. Coordinate staff to assist with event setup and teardown. Communicate with the Field Marketing team to identify and meet market needs. Maintain logs and records of warehouse inventory. Prepare accurate reports for management. Key Skills and Experience Preferred: Must be at least 23 years of age. Must have a spotless driving record. Must be able to lift over 75 pounds. Proven experience as a logistics coordinator. DOT and forklift certified (or willingness to become certified as part of job training. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple processes simultaneously. Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to work a flexible schedule each month (including some weekends) for large events.
