Overview:

Plains Regional Medical Center in Clovis, NM is seeking an  Physical Therapist Assistant ( PTA ) to join our dedicated team in a beautiful rehabilitation facility equipped with modern and high-quality equipment. In this role, you will collaborate with a Physical Therapist, applying a variety of therapeutic interventions to support the rehabilitation of patients with physical and developmental disorders. This is a wonderful opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient care while working in a well-equipped and supportive environment.

Qualifications:

• Physical Therapist Assistant
  
  • Requires detailed knowledge of physical therapy in terms of what and how work is to be done as well as why it is done, this level includes interpretation of data.
  • Basic computer skills required.
  • Basic understanding of the rules and regulations of the specific setting (Rehab)
• Less than one year experience in physical therapy.
• Associate Degree in Physical Therapy
• NM Physical Therapist Assistant license
• BLS certification required at time of hire
