Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to drive efficiency, quality, and teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you thrive on problem-solving, leading by example, and optimizing production processes, this is the opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and Supervise daily operations to maximize productivity and meet production goals

Train and Develop production staff, providing training materials and guidance

Ensure Safety and Quality by maintaining compliance with all standards and company policies

Optimize Efficiency by monitoring and improving workflow, materials, and production processes

Track Performance and provide reports on Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and resource allocation

Document and Improve processes by writing and updating SOPs, work instructions, and quality management documents

Problem-Solve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to address customer complaints and internal non-conformances

Collaborate with product development teams to transition fully developed products into production

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or a relevant field (preferred)

OR 2+ additional years of relevant experience in place of a degree

3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment

Ability to safely lift 50+ lbs

Strong leadership with a company-first mindset

Creative problem-solving and multitasking skills

A passion for continuous learning and improvement
