Job Description

Production Supervisor Job Details:

• Schedule: M-F, 7am-3pm
• OT as needed
• Pay Rate: $50k-$60k/year

Production Supervisor Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain production standards and ensure equipment is properly maintained.
• Oversee production schedules to meet output goals.
• Collaborate with the APQP team and coordinate mold changes with the production manager.
• Manage training, labor requirements, and personnel assignments.
• Ensure a safe, clean work environment and enforce company policies.
• Approve overtime, monitor labor costs, and develop shift/vacation schedules.
• Work with HR on personnel matters and coordinate maintenance/tool room services.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support company objectives.
• Monitor inspection plans in the SPC system and remain on call as needed.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Production Supervisor Job Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a management or supervisory role within production/manufacturing
• Strong mechanical, machine and production knowledge
• Highschool diploma or GED
