Overview of Position:
The firm is seeking an Analyst to join its debt platform. The Analyst will be part of an asset management team that is responsible for the portfolio of assets that the firm has financed across its various debt funds. The Analyst will proactively monitor and report on asset performance. The Analyst will work closely with the Head of Asset management originations teams, borrowers, outside counsel, line lenders, construction consultants and loan servicers. Throughout the course of the year, the Analyst is responsible for helping monitor the performance of each asset to ensure performance relative to business plan and to proactively understand credit risk. The Analyst will assist in maintaining the financial model throughout the loan lifecycle and prepare reporting for senior management, investors and warehouse line lenders. The Analysts will support various asset management activities including valuation, covenant monitoring, cash management triggering, lease analysis/review and ad hoc analyses.
