We are a national recruitment agency specializing in executive placements within the building materials industry. We are seeking a skilled Executive Recruiter to join our team in Hudson, WI.

The Opportunity: As an Executive Recruiter, you'll manage the full recruitment process for senior-level positions, focusing on General Managers, Directors, Vice Presidents, and C-suite roles. You’ll have exclusive ownership of your candidate pipeline, supported by marketing and sourcing teams. With access to a large database of 50,000+ candidates, you'll be responsible for sourcing and placing top talent while building strong industry relationships.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead executive searches for senior positions in the building materials industry.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry leaders and create a robust candidate pipeline.
• Utilize a large database of candidates to source top talent.
• Work with marketing and sourcing teams to drive engagement and project success.
• Represent the company at 2-3 industry events annually to network and strengthen relationships.
• Continuously grow expertise within the building materials sector.

What You’ll Need:

• 2-3 years of recruitment experience, with at least 1 year in an executive recruiter role.
• Passion for recruiting, sales, and relationship-building.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Organized, systems-focused, and collaborative.
• Technically proficient and committed to continuous growth.
• Willingness to travel 2-3 times per year for industry events.
