*What You’ll Do*
As the Treating Rehab Director, you will:
* Oversee daily operations of the rehabilitation department/clinic.
* Manage staffing, training, and department efficiency.
* Ensure high-quality patient care by supporting and mentoring staff.
* Develop and implement new therapy programs.
* Build relationships with referral sources, healthcare teams, and patients.
* Monitor budgeting, compliance, and reporting for optimal performance.
* Provide hands-on therapy in your specific discipline.
*What You’ll Need*
* Degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, PTA, or COTA.
* 3-5 years of experience in therapy, with leadership experience preferred.
* Nebraska state licensure (or eligibility) and supervisor’s license as required.
* Valid driver’s license.
* A passion for patient-centered care and team development.
