Job Summary

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Virtual Office Assistant to support our administrative team. As an entry-level position, this role provides an excellent opportunity to gain experience in office administration and customer service.

_Responsibilities_

1. _Administrative Support_:

- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and messages.

- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.

- Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and correspondence.

2. _Customer Service_:

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.

- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

3. _Scheduling and Dispatch_:

- Coordinate and schedule appointments, jobs, and maintenance activities.

- Dispatch technicians and coordinate logistics.

4. _Data Entry and Bookkeeping_:

- Enter and maintain accurate financial data, including invoices, payments, and expenses.

- Assist with bookkeeping and accounting tasks.

5. _Special Projects_:

- Assist with special projects, events, and initiatives as assigned.

_Requirements_

1. _Education_: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field preferred.

2. _Experience_: 0-2 years of experience in office administration, customer service, or a related field.

3. _Skills_:

- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and scheduling systems.

4. _Certifications/Licenses_: None required, but certifications like Certified Administrative Assistant (CAA) or Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) are an asset.
