Job Description The Hotel Zamora, a beautiful boutique hotel located in St. Pete Beach, FL, is seeking an experienced Front Office Manager. With stunning views overlooking the Intercoastal Waterway and Gulf of Mexico, the Hotel Zamora provides a luxurious retreat for its guests. Besides relaxing in the beautifully appointed guest rooms, our guests experience intuitive service in our Rooftop Lounge, Sidewalk Restaurant, Private Dining, and Meeting/Banquet space. The Hotel Zamora is under new ownership and management with Sherman Associates, an accomplished and proven real estate development and management company. The Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for designing strategy and overseeing the execution of the hotel's website and social media channels. Partners with hotel management, vendors, onsite Sales teams to lead hotel digital media operations. x Essential Functions Creates content and develops digital campaigns. Oversees online advertising initiatives. Manage online reputation by monitoring and responding to audience reviews and engagements. Evaluate and determine new ways to lead the market in social conversations. Drives listening initiatives, audience engagement, and determines new ways to lead market in social conversations. Fully understands the hotel amenities, packages, and promotions. Is an expert in the market and understands how to differentiate the brand in the market. Monitor all digital assets (website, online listings, review sites and social media channels) Work with vendors on SEM/SEO strategy and monitoring. Coordinate response to reviews or messages with expediency. Oversee website presence and relevance of information, ensure all information is accurate, compelling and resonates with target audience. Provide regular performance reports and analytics. Conduct and distribute weekly sales reports for competitors. Develop content calendars that align with strategy and contribute towards established goals. Provides exceptional customer service as a representative of the hotel when engaging with guests. Support Sales Department to identify new contacts, develops sales leads, and responds to sales opportunities to maximize revenue. Records appointments, follow up meetings, and effectively tracks business leads. Arranges and completes site visits for future wedding and group clients Regularly monitors client satisfaction Completes other tasks and duties as assigned based on business needs. Experience and Skills MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Sales or related field preferred. Experience with multiple social media platforms, hospitality setting preferred. Strong work ethic and positive attitude. Ability to work independently; to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines. Detail-oriented, with strong organizational, problem-solving and administrative skills. Willing to learn and be open to suggestions/ideas to improve productivity and efficiency. Committed to providing superior work product. Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills; Ability to communicate effectively with community tenants, vendors / external parties, and across corporate divisions. Ability to exercise judgment and suggest creative approaches to new issues. Possesses initiative and thrives in a fast-paced work environment. Is team-oriented and flexible in assuming new responsibilities as they arise. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. A passion for the mission, vision, and values of Sherman Associates. Office hours may vary due to the specific needs of the portfolio.
