What we are looking for:

indiGO Auto Group is seeking a full-time Sales and Service Support to join our Ferrari Silicon Valley team. This is a full-time role which will include working Saturdays.

Here is what an ordinary day of work may look like:

• Inspecting each vehicle for damage prior to parking and report any findings to management immediately.
• Receiving vehicles from transportation company, process paperwork as needed.
• Ensuring that each vehicle is inspected prior to delivery to customers.
• Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Maintaining vehicles in each showroom.
• Constantly moving vehicles on the dealership lot.
• Assisting with showroom setup and photography.
• Assisting with dealership pick-ups and deliveries (for parts or automobiles).
• Clear vehicles from service drive and setup front line vehicle display.
• Inspect and park incoming service vehicles (Including floor mats, seat covers and sun shields).
• Coordinate needed vehicle pickup washes with service manager/advisor.
• Check ready status (fuel/wash) of service courtesy vehicles.
• Confirm cosmetic condition and battery tender status of showroom vehicles.
• Washing/drying exterior of vehicle.
• Cleaning wheels, tires and inspecting the quality of the vehicle.
• Cleaning all glass components thoroughly.
• Inspecting and cleaning engine compartment.
• Assisting with general dealership maintenance.
• Maintaining strict adherence to dealership policy on client vehicle care and operation.

Pay range for this role is: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour.
