The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading technical teams , ensuring adherence to best practices, and delivering scalable, high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of Salesforce products and architecture . Key Responsibilities Solution Design & Development: Design scalable and secure Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements. Lead the end-to-end development process , including customization, configuration, and integration of Salesforce applications. Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines . Technical Leadership: Guide and mentor a team of Salesforce developers to ensure quality technical delivery. Conduct code reviews and provide technical oversight throughout the development lifecycle. Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution. Integration & Customization: Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, and Salesforce Connect . System Administration & Maintenance: Monitor and maintain system performance, security, and data integrity . Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly. Ensure proper deployment and version control using tools such as Git or Azure DevOps . Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with stakeholders to gather technical requirements and translate them into actionable solutions. Provide regular project updates and address technical challenges proactively. Conduct workshops and training sessions to empower end-users and technical teams. Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and maintain technical documentation , including design specifications, configuration guides, and test cases . Ensure compliance with Salesforce licensing agreements, data privacy, and security standards . Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends . Identify opportunities to optimize and enhance existing Salesforce solutions . Required Skills & Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud . Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft), and third-party tools for integration. Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, or Azure DevOps . Certifications (Preferred): Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II . Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills . Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proven leadership and team mentoring capabilities.
