Job Summary
MACKAGE , the iconic leader in luxury outerwear, and SOIA & KYO a premium brand committed to sustainability and known for elevated simplicity and refined design, are seeking a visionary Senior Director, Global Public Relations to shape and amplify their global brand narratives. In this high-impact role, this leader will develop and lead strategic PR initiatives that strengthen visibility, deepen cultural relevance, and cultivate meaningful relationships across media, influencers, and key stakeholders. They will work cross-functionally to ensure a consistent, compelling voice for both brands across all markets.
What you’ll do
Develop and execute a global PR strategy aligned with our brands visions, business objectives, and market positioning.
Drive strategic partnerships and collaborations that enhance our brands prestige and cultural relevance.
Create and maximize exposure through events, retail openings, collections launches and collaborations.
Develop global strategies for engaging influencers, VIPs, and brand ambassadors to amplify brand presence.
Manage influencers and celebrities' agreements
Oversee press releases, media pitches, and communication strategies.
Develop protocols for handling social media and public controversies.
Collaborate with marketing, ecommerce and creative teams to ensure PR efforts align with campaign objectives.
Lead a high-performing PR and communication team, fostering creativity, innovation, and excellence.
Manage global PR budgets, ensuring ROI-driven strategies and effective resource allocation.
What you’ll bring
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
8 to 10 years of experience in public relations, communications, or brand strategy in the fashion and/or luxury industry.
Technical skills & competencies:
Proven track record in global PR campaign execution, media relations, and crisis management.
Strong relationships with top fashion, luxury, and business journalists, editors, and influencers.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; multilingual proficiency is a plus.
Experience working in fast-paced, high-profile luxury or fashion brands with global reach.
