Job Description

LaSalle Network has partnered with an established investment firm with a headquarters in Chicago looking to hire on a Senior Investment and FP&A Analyst . This role is budgeted up to a base of $130,000 with additional target bonus and will be in their downtown office three times a week.


This role's objectives will be to develop comprehensive financial models, conduct investment research and support strategic investment initiatives with exceptional analytical capabilities.



Senior Investment and FP&A Analyst Responsibilities:

• Create sophisticated financial models and investment valuation analyses
• Perform due diligence on potential investment opportunities
• Develop detailed financial projections and scenario analyses
• Prepare investment recommendation presentations for senior leadership
• Conduct in-depth industry and market research
• Support portfolio management and investment strategy development
• Collaborate with investment team to identify potential investment targets
• Perform complex financial modeling and valuation exercises

Senior Investment and FP&A Analyst Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in investment banking or private equity
• Proven track record of financial modeling and investment analysis
• Strong understanding of financial statement analysis
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills

• MBA or Master's in Finance preferred
• Background in investment banking or private equity preferred
• Experience with LBO, DCF and comparable company analyses a plus
• Advanced financial modeling

• Valuation techniques
• Microsoft Excel advanced skills
• PowerPoint
• Financial analysis software
• Bloomberg Terminal experience preferred
