Job DescriptionJob Description Dox Electronics Inc. is looking to hire a Senior Level Systems Engineer with experience in designing, deploying, and supporting enterprise level systems and software in a variety of customer environments. Technical Competencies: IT-knowledge: Advanced and in-depth IT and IT workflow knowledge Ability to troubleshoot software and hardware problems. Experience & working knowledge of the following Technologies/Protocols (not limited to the list below): Microsoft Windows Server thru 2022 in an enterprise environment Installation, Configuration, and Administration VMware ESX - Installation, Configuration, and Administration Microsoft SQL Server thru SQL Server 2022 Client Operating Systems: Windows 10/11 Microsoft Office 365 migration and support Microsoft Active Directory / Domain Controllers Citrix Desktop application and NetScaler HPE Servers, HPE Sans Working knowledge of Networking - default gateways, virtual LANs, static routes, and IP network address space. PowerShell RAID Levels 1-5, DICOM, HL7, VLAN, Switches, Firewalls, Routers etc. Office: Skilled on MS office applications and related products Other Professional Skills : Articulate communicator, fluent in English with excellent listening skills Self-motivated and ambitious Great written and oral skills A team player who isn't a clock watcher Must be detailed, precise and accurate Excellent skills in maintaining relationships with clients and other external parties Company DescriptionSince 1982, Dox has been providing Cyber Security Consulting, Professional IT Support, and Security Assessments for organizations of all sizes across the United States.
