Senior Talent Acquisition Partner
Location: Remote
12 Months (possible extension)
- The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner spearheads Talent Acquisition strategies with HRBPs, business leaders, and hiring managers. Prioritizing timely and cost-efficient identification of skilled individuals, the role involves proactive measures such as anticipating talent needs, executing sourcing plans, managing screening, interviewing, pre-selection, offer management, and overseeing the hiring administration process. This role focuses on US Commercial Client roles.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities
- Overseeing and managing end-to-end recruitment processes, which may include more complex or leadership-level roles.
- Involvement in strategic talent planning and collaboration with senior leadership to align recruitment strategies with overall business objectives.
- Establishing strong relationships not only with hiring managers but also with cross-functional teams and acting as a strategic advisor to leaders.
- Utilizing recruitment metrics and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR in the offer process, actively identifying and recommending competitive salary ranges and other essential details to craft comprehensive total compensation packages.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
- Active participation in employer branding initiatives and representing the company at industry events or external networking opportunities.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Demonstrated expertise in cultivating external networks across all levels, proactively sourcing top-tier candidates through various channels, and converting candidate research into robust talent pipelines.
- Proficient in comprehending and tracking market dynamics. Defines the employment market by analyzing trends, evaluating talent supply, gauging competitive positioning, exploring new sources, and maintaining an outwardly focused perspective.
- Proficient in leveraging social media, networking platforms, job boards, and diverse talent communities. Possesses the acumen to discern and elevate sourcing strategies effectively.
- Leverages the company's brand to target the best candidates, overcomes objections and finds win-win solutions to negotiate and close candidates.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively in high-stress situations.
- Excellent customer service skills, with an advanced understanding of relationship building and what it takes to create raving fans.
- Ability to manage a workload of up to 25 requisitions, prioritize tasks, and manage time well within a fast-paced and growing organization.
- Results-oriented mindset (high sense of urgency, determination, tenacity, etc.).
- Meticulous attention to detail is essential, showcasing impeccable organizational skills and the ability to work autonomously.

- Prior experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (preferred experience with Workday).
- Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Required Education and Licenses
- A Bachelor's degree in human resources management (or related field) required
- Minimum of 5 years of full life cycle recruitment experience is required in a biotech/pharma/corporate/agency environment
