Responsibilities include:

• Managing data entry, conducting interviews, hiring staff, and staying current on daily job orders.
• Overseeing staffing needs for multiple companies across various industries.
• Marketing and promoting the company to meet workforce demands.
• Utilizing computer skills (proficiency in Excel, MS Word, Outlook, etc.).
• Applying basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication).
• Speaking professionally and authoritatively; knowledge of labor laws is a plus.
• Communicating clearly and concisely while collaborating with team members and reporting weekly to management.
• Leveraging social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Craigslist, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) to create new job orders.
• Providing comprehensive information to potential clients and employees.

Qualifications:

• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• A quick learner who thrives in fast-paced environments.
• Experience in outside sales preferred.
• Proficiency with social media platforms and marketing tools.
• Reliability, dependability, and professionalism are a must.
• Able to work independently and under supervision, multitask, and handle stressful situations effectively.
• Must have reliable transportation.
