ABOUT THE ROLE
LearnWell is looking for an organized and metric-driven Student Services Coordinator to ensure that all paperwork is entered and completely thoroughly for each of our students within our CRM. The role will entail data entry and data management tasks as well as communication and coordination with school district personnel. The ideal candidate for this role will maintain an uncompromising commitment to operational excellence and execution.
Responsibilities include:
Data entry and data management of all student information within our CRM platform.
Diligent review of required student documents within our CRM and collection of any missing information.
Communication to school district personnel regarding approval for students academic services, and collection of students schoolwork. Modes of communication would include phone, email, and/or fax.
Support to operational and teaching staff regarding information within our CRM and/or needed report generation
Position entails a 40 hour a week commitment, 8:00am-4:30pm- Monday through Friday. Starting annual on target yearly earnings is $29,920. This position follows our tradition school year calendar so it's a 10 month role. Tremendous opportunity for growth and potential opportunity for work over the summer. Qualifications Bachelors degree required. Business or Communication majors preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience required
Proven professionalism with communication, both written and verbal
Must perform well under pressure, take initiative, and handle multiple tasks at the same time with strong attention to detail EI US LLC
