Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities  

  • Find, recruit, negotiate and on-board subcontractors
  • Work with branch managers to ensure each branch has an adequate amount of subcontracted labor
  • Ensure all subcontractors have the requires documentations needed to work in the state of Florida
  • Manage the recruitments and on-boarding of all subcontractors, vendors and suppliers to ensure that projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner
  • Travel the state as necessary to meet and on-board roofing subcontractors

 

Essential Qualifications  

  • Associate’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Bilingual proficiency (written and spoken) in [ English and Spanish] is required
  • Strong communication skills in both languages to effectively interact with clients, and external partners.
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in operations or high-volume environments.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

 

Pay:

$20-$23/hour
