Role: Technical PM (Corporate Finance/Risk & Compliance) Work Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite) Job Description: Steers execution on defined, project-level goals for medium-to-high complexity Projects. Works within and across team(s) to anticipate, track, and resolve risks and impediments to delivery. Participates with product and engineering leaders to build implementation roadmaps. Provides and consolidates inputs for leadership updates; facilitates meetings with leadership on delivery status and key decisions needed to support project delivery. Identifies and executes on opportunities for improvements to the delivery process; works with relevant teams to redesign process flows. Tracks and interprets relevant OKR/KPIs; identifies key insights & next steps. Participates in PI planning meetings and other Agile ceremonies for team/teams. Contributes to prioritization discussions and pressure tests plans for feasibility, capacity, and risk. Drives coordination, collaboration, and alignment between Product Owners, Architects, and Engineers to meet regulatory and technical requirements. Monitors and ensures compliance with SDLC standards. Facilitates and plans change management and release management activities. Identifies and addresses complex inter-team technical dependencies, bridges gaps in technical management. Collaborates with Engineering teams to drive alignment architectural approach and technical strategy to execute delivery. Responsible for tracking delivery, and activities related to medium to high complexity initiatives by adding to design discussions, issue resolution, and removing obstacles to ensure program goals are met. Embraces the Technology SDLC process and role models a continuous improvement mindset. Required Skills: Should have good Finance domain experience and knowledge. Should have good understanding of corporate finance systems and should have worked in Risk & Compliance projects with good understanding of banking and regulatory terms and processes associated with US market.
