The position offers substantial opportunities to gain financial and technical expertise, professional development, and upward mobility, while taking on a substantial amount of responsibility in transaction execution, client management, and new business development. General responsibilitiesPreparing, analyzing, and explaining historical and projected financial informationManaging and assisting in the preparation of financial models and business valuationsConducting industry and company-specific business due diligenceCreating client marketing presentations, memoranda, and deliverablesAttending client meetingsDrafting and collaborating on pitch presentationsDeveloping an understanding of the underlying trends that affect the Healthcare industryCoordinating and managing the creation of industry research publicationsAssisting in the development and continued cultivation of client, prospective client, and professional advisor relationshipsAssisting in the management and mentoring of Analyst team members Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree or Military Experience At least 3 years of investment banking, private equity, or transaction advisory experience with a focus on Mergers & AcquisitionsPreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or economics4 or more years of M&A investment banking, private equity, or transaction advisory experience within the healthcare spaceFinancial modeling experience, to include DCF and LBOStrong analytical and quantitative skillsKnowledge of general accounting and finance principlesStrong written and oral presentation skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentStrong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for excellenceA working knowledge of spreadsheet and word processing software programsFINRA Licenses - Series 63, Series 79, SIEAt this time, TripleTree as part of Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
