About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Capital and Facilities Asset Management to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing long-term and annual facilities strategies, managing capital plans, and overseeing infrastructure upgrades and maintenance projects. This role involves acting as a project manager for the construction and design of various facilities, including childcare centers and community hubs, and ensuring compliance with security, emergency plans, and property leases.
