Role Overview
As a Growth Catalyst , you will mentor and coach business leaders, helping them integrate faith into leadership. You’ll facilitate peer teams, provide one-on-one coaching, and foster a community of high-impact, faith-driven professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Monthly Peer Teams - Guide leaders in faith-centered business strategies.
Provide One-on-One Coaching - Help leaders align faith, leadership, and decision-making.
Host Transformational Events - Facilitate workshops and retreats for growth and renewal.
Strengthen a Kingdom-Minded Network - Build a community of leaders committed to impact.
Who You Are
A former CEO, Owner or C Suite Executive passionate about faith-driven leadership.
An excellent communicator with experience in group facilitation and mentoring.
