Talascend is currently seeking a Data Entry Clerk for a long-term contract position with a global electronics company working M-TH in office, Fridays remote. Summary: The main function of this role is to receive and validate product return requests, return order entry and subsequent communications with assigned accounts. Job Responsibilities: Order Entry (Manual | Excel Upload). Maintaining account requests via shared outlook inbox. Validating sales history and other details in ERP system. Communicate with customers of RA status while supporting inquiries and changes. Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required. 4+ years of Data Entry experience. Experienced in Excel, Vlookup and Pivot Tables. SAP and Order Entry experience is a plus. Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and be efficient with time management. Ability to accurately enter return orders. We thank all applicants for their interest.
